Fitness and Faith

Ron spent a lot of his life as an average guy, 
but as things moved along in time, things changed. He says,
 “I gained a lot of weight, and my lifestyle was really sedentary. Mostly I walked from a room to the nearest food source…at home, at work, whatever. One day, I saw myself in the mirror with no shirt, and at that moment, I knew something had to be done. I was 250 pounds…so I decided that I’d make some serious changes. I honestly felt a spiritual calling to get healthy. It took me a long time, but I’m in much better shape now, and I feel and look a whole lot better! And truthfully, a lot of changes happened in my emotional and spiritual self too! If anyone has questions, I’m more than happy to share my journey and offer encouragement! I'm sure still on the journey myself!"
